CANCELLATION POLICY

For cancellations or changes of name shall be contacted by email to the Technical Secretariat: Reunions i Ciencia (magmeet24@gruporic.com)

- Until 18/05/2024, the refunded will be 50 % of the total contribution

- From the 19/05/24 cancellations will not be entitled for refund, but name changes will be accepted up to 15 days before the event. Name changes will be charged with a fee of 20 €.
